As a consultant and advisor to entrepreneurs around the world, he provides strategic advice to business owners at all stages – from start-up through the challenges of maintaining growth and profitability to the exit strategies for management transition and business succession. Del has lectured on entrepreneurship and business management at both Concordia and McGill Universities in Montreal. He continues to promote Enlightened Entrepreneurship and to share the stories of Uncle Ralph for ideas and inspiration to help entrepreneurs be better and do better.
